eBaum's World Cleans Up

Let's study eBaum's World for a minute.

Does anyone else remember a few years ago, when they had so much crap (ads, links, bad navigation) on their page that it made it difficult to navigate? It actually looks better to me now. My hypothesis and gut instinct tells me that it's because users now expect easier navigation with the Web 2.0 phenomenon.
