Looks good. Very simple and easy to use. Hopefully you'll get the image border thing figured out.
I like the changing highlights on the links. After you clean this up a bit it is going to look great
Take care of the boxes thing. I was able to set or unset boxes in DW by simply using the "BORDER=0" tag after the IMG tag.
It would be good to have a constrained box to contain the menu bar - etc.
Looks like it's going to come out very nicely.
