em - a CSS unit that measures the size of a font, from the top of a font's cap height to the bottom of its lowest descender. Originally, the em was equal to the width of the capital letter M, which is where its name originated.

Text Alignment

Justification: This type of alignment makes the letter and word spacing automatically adjust so that each full line of text has a word or letter that lines up against the left and right edges of the text area.
text-alignment: This is the CSS setting that allows you to control the alignment of text. This property can be set to: right, left, center, and justified.

Buying Games Online

Here is a site that I have used quite a few times. Its a great site if you are a gamer and would like to find out how much your video games are worth. You can also buy games new or used and find out what new games are coming out and when they are coming out. They also sell accessories for game systems. You can have them shipped to you or you can find out if there is a local store that might have what you are looking for.

Be careful buying stuff online

Here is a site that I have used quite a bit, but it has changed since I used it last. Its a little weird because there is 3 ways to start searching through categories from the main page and you can also go to the categories page if you want to be real specific. The navigation is consistent and it is easy to search for what you want. The main page looks a bit jumbled though.

Family Services

I was doing a web critique for another class and I thought that you might want to pick this one apart.

Discount Electronics

I like this site because I can usually find a lot of electronics that sometimes are up to 75% less than buying it at a brand name store. Even with shipping its that much cheaper and more convenient. I've never has a problem with their products other than the "Microsoft" Xbox 360 refurbished, but that's obvious as to why I had a problem with it. They were easy to work with about returning the Xbox as well, which helped a lot. The site doesn't have a bread crumb trail, but it does have the main links still, they have just been moved farther down the page.

I was just going through a list of sites that are very bad and I found this one interesting because they are telling people about usability for websites, yet there site sucks. Its a European Union site, so that might have something to do with it? I basically thought that it was a little horrid and cluttered.

Apples

Apple's website and online store has always looked very professional and reflects their products.
It is very user friendly for those who are just browsing or know what kind of ipod or apple that they are looking for. This is great because it makes the user not have to think when browsing around on the website. Also, it doesn't represent someone's myspace.
